  1. I absolutely care about power reduction and everyone should. It's not the bills, it's the life of the chip. AMD 7000X CPUs running at 95C on the edge of overheating isn't good, intel's 13th and 14th gen literally died due to too high power and Nvidia's 12 pin dies due to too much power.
