Thomas Burden eh cards such as the gtx 960 and r7 370 that have 4GB Vram are useless, since they can NOT utilize more than 2GB of Vram EFFECTIVELY, thus they can use it but at a really slow and NOT beneficial speed or can NOT even access all of it at the same time, thus making 2GB out of 4GB Vram useless.

Adam Golden As I said use is NOT benenfit. 1.6GB out of 3.6GB of Vram are being used at really slow speed and NOT accessed at the same time as the rest 2GB of Vram, thus making 1.6GB of Vram useless. Just like 0.5GB out of 4GB Vram is useless on the gtx 970, that's due to the low bandwidth and lack of L2 cache on both these cards, of course the gtx 960 being weaker/worse.  To be honest just knowing that the gtx 970 can't use all 4GB of Vram effectively(at full speed and at the same time) makes it obvious that the gtx 960 can't use that much, when it's quite weaker.

The r7 370 has 1024 Stream processors, 64 TMUs, 32 ROPs and 179GB/s Bandiwdth and it's clocked at 925Mhz. PeopleHateMyOpinions who is also a terrible Grammar Nazi So even with the same optimization the r7 370 will still be slightly slower and as good as the PS4 iGPU, oh yeah it's an integrated GPU that consumes half of what the r7 370 consumes. Then add the quite good(compared to PC) yet still shitty console optimization and the PS4's iGPU is better no doubt about that.
