@mattb9664 Make sure to specialize your kid in at least one engineering field or one trade or law or commerce by the time it hits 18 so that it can actually get a proper job. The "education" system produces useless people in 12-20 years... and wastes your youth. You stop being young at the age of 23-25. If kids weren't neglected to the "education" system, but instead specialized in one engineering field, or one trade, or law, or commerce after elementary school(starting at age 10-11), by the time they are 14-18 they'd be a highly skilled and knowledgeable experts in the field/sub-field they were specialized in and would be able to work on a medium position. I have many friends, acquaintances and people I know that did just that and many started working an engineering job during high school and many now earn 3-5x times the average salary at 21-23 years old.

And they neglected the children to the free babysitting institution known as the "education" system, which completely ruins children, wastes their youth and produces useless people in 12-20 years.(Unless you self-educate, but then what's the point of the education system, it just wastes time and mentally drains you).

@mattb9664 Doesn't change the fact that you are forced to participate in the "education" system for 11 years of you live, 8+ hours a day, wasting your time and youth and teaching you nothing. The "education" system produces useless people in 12-20 years that can barely get a bottom position job in their field if at all...
