@adgefreeman6091 true, but if you have a problem, get a dummy phone, this is advice for you and you can share it with everyone who realizes that they have a problema and that they need help. I personally use my phone less than an hour a day(many days I don't even use it) and when I do it's usually to listen to music or actually making phone calls, so I'm fine with my smartphone usage. Now Youtube on the other hand infront of my PC I need to reduce.

It is though, not the phone itself, but all the social media and even youtube, they are super stimuluses that should be consumed very sparsely.

@myreneario7216 I mean back then we didn't have anything but stationary phones in this world. China is communistic and they have iPhones. Hell Apple has been licking China's behind for over a decade now.

@myreneario7216 communism is a form of rulership more than an economic model, but they aren't communist either, they are authoritarian, government controller capitalism. The CCCP was authoritarian socialism.

@theironrubberduck Yup, there are other such distractors, such as youtube, but you should actively work on limiting your time on such super stimuluses and try doing what you want. I find that writing down an exact schedule helps a lot, settings what you'll do at what time and fill your day with different things to do that aren't mindlessly watching youtube or using your phone.

@legendteller4893 Parents have been crap for the past 100+ years, just neglecting their children to the education system which makes the children useless, obedient drones. And they think that if the kid is getting As, has a room and is being bought toys that they are good parents... -_-
