@Mr.Coffee576 You can easily explain it to them. Tell them that the brain has a limited energy every day, and online content drains that energy super fast and damages their brain. And to do work first in the day and then have a limited pleasurable time after work is done.

@eebbaa5560 You don't need to explain it in terms of hormones, you can use euphemisms. Tell them that their brain is being abused by online content and pleasurable activities and that they should work first and then have a limited amount of pleasurable time.

@kairostimeYT Yay youtube deleted my comment for the nth time. What my comment was about how all current official education systems produce weak, stupid useless people and how if kids were specialized through self-education and courses from the age of 11-12 by the time they are 16-20 they'd be high skilled and knowledgeable experts in their sub-fields. My other comment was far more detailed, but youtube deletes it.
