  1. not really, from what I've been told most people in capable cars go around 200km/h, with most cars in Germany being limited to 255km/h electronically.

  8.  @subzero871NL  have you ever heard of English? I said that most people who have care that can go over 200kmh rarely would go over 200kmh, regardless of how fast their car is. Fast cars are about acceleration, not too speeds, and most people don't want to drive super fast.
