@TheGalsenn They wouldn't have to be starving themselves if they were never fat in the first place... and to do that as a woman all you have to do is eat less. Literally telling them to do less.

Staying fit is the easiest thing in the world, especially for women as they don't have to maintain and grow their muscle mass while losing weight. Not saying it's easy to maintain a six-pack though, but to be in a good 14-17% body fat for men and 18-22% for women is easy to achieve. Literally, eat fewer calories(less food), and focus more on protein. Men should work out, girls can basically do nothing, but if they want to tone their bodies some exercises and some cardio would be nice.

@dawseyboy1 Nah you can eat freaking McDonald's and lose weight, it's not healthy, but if all you want to do is be slim, it's all about calories. Eat less than you do now = lose weight. For example, Instead of eating 3x burgers with a big cola and big french fries, just eat 1x burger and drink water or a diet soda. Now if you want to be healthy and you want to build muscle for men or tone your muscles for women, you have to focus on protein, a bit of carbs for the glucose stores and micro-nutrients like vitamins and minerals.

@dr.boinkersbookkeeping9028 All you need is to read a couple of books, watch 10 hours worth of youtube videos and go to a gym or get yourself a home gym to achieve 95% of the results.

@band1tt Proof how good a person should be when offered such roles. Those women should happily be doing it, instead of having people demand them to do it and resisting all the way through.

@dawseyboy1 I know the 4x laws of thermodynamics very well. Physics is kinda my rare, but interesting for me hobby. And I studied advanced physics in school and university(IDK why, but that was part of my education system, even though I'm studying software and hardware engineering, and learning nothing new btw).

@ZainAhmed-ns2di Some get plastic surgery, but that goes for men too. So yeah standards for men most of the times is higher.
