  2.  @Delacrow_l_Chawngthu  When you are new the first 8-12 months are insane gains and then it's a slow burn. And all the actor's physiques are achievable naturally, the thing is they achieved them in a year while naturally it'd take at least 3-6 years to do so.

  3. It's really simple, be 14-17%(20-25% for women) body fat and workout for 5 years consistently(optionally play a sport you like too) and you will have an excellent natural physique and don't care for anything else.
