The same applies to loans people, the same applies. If you have to take a loan, then you can't afford it. Why do you need to take a loan to have a roof over your head is the real question. And it's time people stopped being so passive about it.

@GameFuMaster The reason homes cost as much as they do is because they price them based on what 30-35 year loan a dual median income can take for the median home... -_- That's the entire point and problem. Prices go up when you are allowed to take loans for them.

@GameFuMaster The alone part is the problem really. Also as long as we keep telling ourselves that it is what it is, it will never change. Passiveism and Pacifism are the worst plagues ever to spread humanity.

@GameFuMaster And they launder a ton of money when building them, which also artificially raises their prices, because they need to sell at a profit based on the fake cost they gave to the equivalent of the IRS in every country(NAP in mine).

@ A home is where I don't freeze in the winter or die of a heat stroke in the summer, it's where I safely sleep, it's where I keep my crap, it's where I crap. Homes being assets is the biggest tragedy of the 20th and 21st century.
