  1. That is like saying that we can ban the barrel, or ban the hammer, or ban the trigger, etc. A gun is made from X number of parts. If the gun is legal, then the parts that comprise the gun are legal. "If gun ownership cannot be restricted..." Gun ownership is restricted. How about... since we cannot ban voting, we can ban electricity at all polling stations. Is that constitutional?
