Saying that the boy is now a girl is inadvertently giving credence to the notion that you can change your gender, by an act of will. His father allowed his son to become a fairy. His father allowed his son to be brainwashed by other mentally disturbed adults. All the makeup in the world does not change your gender. All the "acting" like a girl theatrics does not change your gender. He is still a boy. All that changed is his personality, to become a magnet for the wrong kind of attention, and to ruin his life.
