@drjebait5974 Dip just a little? They're selling trap houses for a million because of all the investors hiding their money. Real people don't earn the money to buy these houses. Back in 2008, the market crashed because people bought homes for too much money and when they were underwater on their loans, walked away. This is like ten times worse. Ever seen those Roadrunner episodes or segments where he keeps running until he realizes there's no road underneath him and falls? Oh yeah, that's what's happening here. My brother sells real estate and has a client who along with her husband makes really good money and they are having a seriously hard time finding a house in a city near Chicago. I feel sorry for her because they're about to get screwed. What do you think is going to happen when prices for all these houses drop back down to reality? And they will.

What future of EVs? These things are a joke. When Toyota and other Japanese countries look at everyone like they're crazy for promoting EVs, that's a sign they might not be a good idea. They just have so many negatives, but because liberals and insecure hipsters love them, they are trying to force them onto everyone. I can't tell you how many EV fanboys are stunned to learn this isn't new tech, that it's actually as old as the gas car. It shuts them up right away because they realize that's the first lie they were told by Elon and other EV promoters. Then they start to realize the lies compound. Looking at Youtube videos, reading accounts of road trips on Youtube, it's very obvious these things aren't the future. From nail-biting road trips where drivers have to pray they make it to a charging station, to experiencing long lines, chargers that don't work, ICE drivers parking in EV parking spots, EV drivers leaving their car while charging for hours, their "maintenance-free" vehicle ending up in the shop multiple times, for months. And then, EV fanboys and the government aren't even thinking about infrastructure. Where are you going to put all the chargers? Where are you going to put the chargers for the trucks that need to tow? Truck drivers don't even have enough parking spaces. For people heading to their cabins on weekends, you would need a plethora of chargers to eliminate backups. What would you do at Yellowstone? In Michigan up north? Where are you going to get the power if you're obsessed with eliminating coal and natural gas? The people pushing this are clowns and will get us all in trouble. They're insane.

I don't even know about that. EVs are horrifically inferior and stupid but Democrats just want to make them work because they think using oil is evil. When they see people getting killed for lithium resources, watch them start running articles about how EVs are so bad and why another solution needs to be found. All the same fanboys of EVs were the same sort of people who fell for the crypto scam too. All the EV startups are fly-by-night scammers hustling fools and local governments out of billions for plants that will probably never get built. This is so bad. It is definitely going to wreck the economy when it comes undone. I'm scared. He also fooled Vegas into expanding that stupid Hyperloop into the whole Strip. That thing that takes one Model 3 or something at a time through a tiny tunnel. Unreal.

College is absolute garbage. It's a scam. Most colleges are coasting off their former prestige which may actually have been earned and do nothing but hire professors to show powerpoints, hire teaching assistants who can't even pay rent to ask stupid questions for an hour, and in May four years later, you look back and wonder if you actually learned anything useful. A lot of the weeder classes were totally corrupt too. I'm pretty sure you needed to be friends with a professor or teaching assistant to get the answers so you could beat the curve. The questions on exams were so wacky and had nothing to do with the course material. Also, when illiterate students are getting better grades than you, it's time to go. I literally saw this happening. I wish I was on drugs and failed high school. I probably would have been more successful in life getting some trade after getting cleaned up, LOL. I actually messed up doing the right thing!

We didn't know better. No one went to college in the sixties and seventies. By the time Gen X and Millennials went, they were telling everyone to go and universities were happy to take their money. When you look at how ignorant some boomers are, it's very obvious college was way easier back in their day.
