Glock definitely does not have whatever style of gun you want. They make one style: Striker fired trigger dingle only safety.

How is it so different from any other gun, most can be made ready, and more importantly safe just as quickly... Glock leg is the only one I've heard of as far as shooters hitting themselves so often that it coins a phrase 😂

Except that's the receiver, so legally no you can't, and aside from that, what gun can you not replace all the parts on...

Glock only came along in 1982... And uses Browning's tilting barrel design. If you wanna go further back and off topic, Maxim designed and built the first actually recoil operated gun with his machine gun, but although he died in Britain, he was born an American... Not sure where your idea of Europeans revolutionizing handguns comes in... There's literally zero revolutionary about a Glock, that's for sure. A decent combo of pre existing ideas pretty late in the game sure, but that's about it.

Glocks first came out in the 1980s. Handguns have been around for centuries. If you judge every firearm by a Glock then you're very young and naive. Aks as the name suggests have been around since the late 40s, and again, if you're judging every rifle against that... 😮

They're not good at decocking.. or having a manual safety... Or having single action... Or restrike. Slide release sucks. 😂

@Paladin1873 point is, it doesn't have all the features which one may desire, regardless of your personal perspective of their usefulness. Personally, I don't consider the trigger dingle to be an adequate safety, as anything going into the guard is pretty much going to depress it anyway. Plenty of evidence of even "highly trained professionals" legging themselves illustrates this. There's a reason why so many other models have external safeties.

@Paladin1873 at the start of the video he says something to the effect of you can get a Glock for any preference of features. I'm just refuting that.

@originaloldpop8405 how many people put a cocked revolver back in the holster? 🙄 don't ask idiotic questions. If you're really that stupid, makes sense you're glock fanboy.

Any gun at the price point of a Glock is going to be similarly reliable with few exceptions...

Can't you get a .22?

Talking about the front strap bumps, newer gens got rid of them. The little thumb area isn't in the right place for many people either 😕

@jamesorth1521 agree. Although I do have one, the Glock is definitely the least comfortable in my hand. My guess is this op has never held anything else 😕

Pretty sure Browning was an American there buddy.😮

@goonofhazard2203 reality would be supported by evidence. I love to learn, please educate me as to what you speak!

@goonofhazard2203 it has both gained and lost some popularity over the comparatively few years it's been around.. yes it was a pioneer for polymer frames, but also not the first by any means. The original ar 15 was polymer frame as well, 20yrs earlier, the vp70 ten years earlier. Nothing about it is new or innovative. Sorry, it is was it is.

@goonofhazard2203 my current go to is a sign sp2022, sa/da w decocker, no other manual safety. Polymer frame if you're not familiar. 100% better hand feel and peace of mind from my personal perspective. I do also have a g26 , but it's more of a nightstand thing.
