  12. I had similar issues with my 2 kia hybrids when I had remote starters installed. the 2 different modules [car and r/s] were arguing as who was controlling the car. Turn signal lights would flash inside but not outside. The remote starter had to be reprogrammed to bypass the cars security. The car was getting confused that the car was starting without the door being unlocked.

  13. Except the "trades people" who show up after these storms rarely are. I had them after a 20 minute micro burst who conveniently could not read the " NO TRESPASSING" signs.

  17. As Ray said on the day of exiting, this was in the planning stage for awhile. I remember a mention earlier this year that teased this was being looked at seriously. So everything needed to open your own business Ray and Wife unit had already laid out, financial and legal. And to find a shop with a lift that was in the Goldy locks zone of size just made the karma right. Lets not forget the income from Youtube.

  23. Just my 2 cents on the honing. As this was done by hand and not using any recirculating lube, if it was done horizontal you would not be fighting gravity to keep it lubed and your drill could maintain the correct orientation easier.
