  6. Oh so many years ago we got a HUGE water bill. The amount of water the utility said our home used was physically impossible. I measured every water spigot output. The highest rate was the outside hose bib. Even running 24/7 for a month I could not have used their amount. The utility tried to claim a trickling toilet used more than a wide open outside hose spigot.

  35. Years ago when I drove a semi, we were monitored in real time of our speed. I got called once by my boss who said I was speeding in a non-existent work zone that he thought was there. This is nothing new or high tech. it was governed to 62 and he could up it to the speed limit of 70 if he wanted to in real time.

  36. I once had an extraordinarily large bill. I did a flow test on each outlet. It was not mathematically possible to use what was said we used over a one month time. Plus my wife was home on maternity leave and would surely know if water was running for 30 days on 11 non-stop.

  40. I made a complaint with the Chicago Bar Assoc. against a trust attorney. He did not provide the copy of a trust and the financial accounting of the trust in the required 90 day window. The Bar did not hold him liable because he eventually did provide the documents 170 days late but only after he was served with a DEMAND letter. Now I understand Shakespeare.

  41. The letter was just a notification to the home owner in case he did not notice the non-permitted modification made to his abode. it is very illegal to use a motor vehicle to remove a section of a dwelling without the required safety equipment.

  47. Known issue with the oil coolers since they were made of plastic. The after market fix is all aluminum. Simple but time consuming fix since they are under the intake manifold. The issue is either external crack that leaks oil or internal were the oil and coolant mix.
