  1. I made a complaint with the Chicago Bar Assoc. against a trust attorney. He did not provide the copy of a trust and the financial accounting of the trust in the required 90 day window. The Bar did not hold him liable because he eventually did provide the documents 170 days late but only after he was served with a DEMAND letter. Now I understand Shakespeare.
