  1. I have driven thru construction zones with signs showing a construction zone speed limit that is the same as the normal speed limit. 45 in a 45. No construction in site.

  2.  @dragnbreath1 The last thing to be removed from a construction zone are the warning signs. All the landscaping is done, no debris, no trucks, no workers, no indication anything was done there except the newness of the asphalt and concrete but a warning sign about a construction zone speed limit is still there.
