  1. Oh so many years ago we got a HUGE water bill. The amount of water the utility said our home used was physically impossible. I measured every water spigot output. The highest rate was the outside hose bib. Even running 24/7 for a month I could not have used their amount. The utility tried to claim a trickling toilet used more than a wide open outside hose spigot.
