Ya, I’d say taking just 75% of a bombed out wasteland that use to be a city after 9 months of fighting, while losing 10,000km of terrain, 7 smaller cities and 2 major oblasts in the span of just 4 months last year, is most defiantly, NOT winning….. Especially considering Russia is supposed to be “the second strongest military in the world”….😂
