  1. The law over there is stupid, they let you buy a scanner, but they then prosecute you for using it? If it’s just a receiver, how do the cops know you even have it on! I have apps that I can use to listen to the 911 center in rock county and they don’t even care because I can’t transmit on it. And I don’t plan on it either because it’s illegal to do so anyway
