  1. if he's accused of robbery, then he has the right to remain silent, and has the right to an attorney, but, those cops have HO right to bully the man being arrested. i'd NEVER in my right mind tell my brother boyd to beat up on somneone while arresting them, and plus he would not do so anyway,. he might be a retired cop yes, but, he's also was a very good cop for the city of south beloit too, and not in a million years have i ever heard of him barating anyone on or off the force while making an arrest like THESE SCUMBAGS DID TO THIS BLACK GUY, i wouldn't be surprised if he referred to the black guy as a "yeah u know what". i know a fiew blacks here in beloit and wouldnt EVER refer to them as that ever! and those cops, if they did mention "yeah u know what" shoulodnt either! in fact, they should LOOSE THEIR JOBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
