@IanImes-y3f yes they aren’t supposed to wear that and he was being rude and difficult but that doesn’t give them the right to assault him. They were both wrong for different reasons.

@soulknife20 that is not self defense at all. Self defense is when you are being continually attacked and the only choice you have is to fight back or you will be injured. He threw his hat and then quite a while afterwards that lady decided she wanted to hit him. That isn’t self defense in any way shape or form that is battery.

@krisscott5604 you can 100 percent use deadly force if a felon is fleeing and has shown to be violent. This is not even debatable, there is 100 percent clear caselaw on this. You should learn about the basic laws of use of force before commenting on legal matters.

I agree they were the ones who assaulted him and should be in trouble but he was also being difficult and very rude so I don’t have much pity for him.

@ but they hate Trump enough to wear they could just charge him and let the Clinton’s go down with him. Or Biden could have pardoned anyone he wanted as well. And you are accusing trumps friends of being on the list either way no evidence.
