  1. Good for non rich gamers. You make money on software game sales and subscriptions. You break even on hardware console sales. I'm getting Series X myself but people who bought One X last 2 years won't have to shell out another 500 bucks so soon. It's gamer friendly move. More money on game sales is also really good for developers because they make profit and can pump more money into next game they develop when user base on Series X will be higher.
