  8. Not really. That's what Russia tells you. The fact that you probably believe that India is supporting Russia, is proof of that. India is neutral, meaning that at the very least, they aren't openly supporting them. Many countries are being neutral as well. The only countries that actually support Russia, are most likely just China and Belarus.
