Any Russians in Ukraine are either Ukraine citizens which belong to Ukraine and must obey it's laws, or separatists. That's old history and not relevant to current conflict. You can't blame current generations for something that happened more than a century ago. Ukraine is the one being attacked, not Russia. Russia wasn't invaded in any form by Ukraine before Russia invaded them.
