@gazzarafalemozzy4766 Simple, because the agreement is no longer valid and because countries want to join them. So what if they are? Russia has nukes they can fire at any other country. Why are they given special treatement? As long missiles are whitin Ukranian borders, all is as it should be. There is no threat. Unless NATO invades Russia, Russia just has to live with it and shut up.
