  8.  @dms79  Portugal has plenty of autonomy last I checked. In the end, it's the prime minister that has the final say on whetever they follow along with EU or not. Reminder that Portugal rejected the lowering of gas emission by 15%, and that EU did nothing against us as a result. I prefer a united Europe over what the rest of the world has to offer.
