  7.  @thedogwhowearsasuit.9425  Hardly. The agreement was between EU and Ukraine, and had nothing to do with USA, nor Russia for that matter. It didn't backfire. Ukraine is being supported by EU, and Ukraine did provide benefits to EU before the war started. It's working as intended.
