@Neumexa It affects a lot. Russia being bigger, makes it more capable of covering more ground and thus force any would be invaders to divide forces.
That assumes that person already attacked you before. Since Ukraine didn't attack Russia, Russia has no right to retaliate.
Trump is a disgrace, only DeSantis is worth something. I pity the americans if they get any of old farts into power.
Also, USA being a threat or no threat. Russia takes priority.
What nonsense. European politics are far better now than they were 80 years ago in WW2.
Simple, USA wouldn't have any right to invade either, unless said countries invaded USA. Also, you forgot that Cuba crisis involved nukes, which Ukraine doesn't have.
I don't need to know what was in their heads. Anyone with a brain and basic understanding would realize that NATO wouldn't take them in. Russia was still a threat after Putin took over.
That's what you believe. What is written in paper is different.
So more whataboutism. Proof that there are foxes in the barn? Not a single Russian, North Korean or Chinese is leading NATO.
You are forgetting the fact that NATO isn't an nation, and that wherever it expands to is with the permission of the country that allows them to.
It doesn't matter what they do. If Russia is going to bully Ukraine, then it gets what it deserves.

@Neumexa Then you believe wrong. Simple as that. I'm better than him.
Not really. All humans anwers to God in equal measure. No matter their position. My comparison is perfect. It doesn't matter what their responsibility is, if you kill an innocent, that makes one a worhtless human being, no ifs or buts.
He started a war, which dragged innocents into his mess. Whoever invades first is to blame. He doesn't need to give an order to kill innocents. Just starting a war is bad enough. Ukranians being treated better or not (which could easily be a lie), doesn't erase his sins.
Whetever it lasts long or not, the future will take care of that itself.
Then I'm proud to be a "silly" politician. Morality is more important than meeting your approval of what is a "good" politician.
You do realize that if they do invade me first, it would give me the right to invade them in return? It would be a win-win situation for Russia, as Russia is virtually unbeatable in defense of their territory.
And 200% of myself means to priotize morality and doing all I can whitin my power.
If someone could do better than me, than yes, that's what any leader should do if it proves too much.
Then Russia is out of luck. If Putin is the best they have to offer, then Russia will never be trusted.
What terrifying things? I wouldn't invade unless they invaded first, remember?
Lol, more like he's shameless. Even if he has more guts than you, guts alone doesn't make you a good person.
I don't believe in karma either, as karma isn't even a christianity thing, but part of Hinduism and other less known religions.

@Neumexa I don't need to decide. Good and evil is written in stone. Based on what is good and what is evil, that makes me a better person than Putin.
Hardly overconfident. I compare everything I did in my life so far over my 35 years of existance, to what Putin did in recent years, and that alone would allow me to reach the conclusion that I'm a better person than he is. There's no other conclusion I could draw, no matter how much I think about it.
Hardly the case. Bugs aren't people, and aren't innocent either. God doesn't care for any bugs and animals, specially if the killing is needed.
It started in 2014, when Russia backed the separatists.
They were killed due to coleteral damage from both sides. Had separatists not started a civil war, there would be no civilian deaths.
Maybe they both are. But that's besides the point. Provocation is no excuse to invade. If provocation was all it took to kill people, then the entire world would be burning by now.
There's no such thing in war, but if war is going to happen anyway, might as well make sure that you are on the defending side against invasion so that you are morally justified in invading them back in retaliation.
If people died because my enemies attacked, that would be my enemies fault, not mine. Which would justify an invasion in retaliation.
You understimate me, if you honestly think I can't stay clean in politics. Once again, popular opinion doesn't matter, only what God thinks.
That's fine. Lasting long or not. I would do what is right. I don't care what happens to me to do what is right.
Simple. Do what is right. Let them hate. Whatever would happen, I would do what is morally right.
Of course it's trusted by countries who share his moral bankrupcy. It's hatred of the west that unites them, more than trust. If it benefitted them, they would gladly backstab each other.
That's fine by me. The blood of invaders is justified. Killing evil people and invaders is morally right.
Guarantees? Lol. It's Russia we are talking about here. Russia was always been good at stopping invasions cold in it's tracks (Literally). Also, nobody can guarantee anything on such scale. The best one can do is to stick with what is right and do all that is whitin one's power to defend it.
I am already a good person. What others think doesn't matter. Same for Putin, it doesn't matter if his people think he's a good person, because his sins are too big for him to be one.

@Neumexa If all one does is rely on artillery, then they will eventually run out of ammunition. You can't invade a country whitout troops on the ground. Also, an artillery attack would pretty much qualify as an invasion attempt, making it justified to invade in retaliation.
Donbas rebels are Ukraine's concern, not Russia's. Russia should care about the people whitin it's borders, it's citizens.
Then you don't see any problem with killing Donbas rebels who clearly made their intents of hurting pro-Ukranians clear.
DeSantis isn't an old man, and that's what matters. He's not as arrogant as Trump, nor old fashioned, and since he has more to lose than an old man, he can be more easily trusted. Either way, neither Biden nor Trump will make the cut, what the Americans need is a government led by someone younger.
Both USA and Russia are a threat, and right now, Russia takes priority.
Which is not my problem. What other politicans do is their problem.
Name me countries that invaded Russia in recent years. And, no, decades ago isn't recent and you would have to be crazy to do so as well. Also, USA being invaded or not, fact is that's all the more reason, why USA has no right to invade any country, no matter what other countries do whitin their borders.
Doesn't matter, no nukes, no foul. If Ukraine didn't try to invade Russia, then Russia has no right to invade Ukraine.
Yeltsin was just another garbage, forgettable, but still garbage.
Hardly. My argument stands and thus never ran out. KGB are among some of the most ruthless organizations in the world, and you somehow don't see a problem with that.
Imagine thinking that changing insults towards EU, makes your arguments any more believable.
Doesn't matter what Russia wants. Their security concerns are meaningless, since Russia is virtually invincible in it's own land. They have nukes, that alone makes invading Russia a very bad idea even if one were to suceed in winning.
The right kind of argument. I'm 35 years, and had proper education. Putin's sins are undeniable.

@Neumexa I will. I have no reason to believe otherwise.
More than that. I donated water and food to many people in need.
Indeed we are on different levels. I never killed innocents nor started wars. I would be a saint by comparison to him.
Exactly. "everyone", bugs aren't anyone, since they aren't people. And even among people, evil people deserve not to live.
Illegal or not, it was what Ukraine wanted as a whole, only a minority of the east side opposed it.
No double standards. West Ukraine is a majority, East Ukraine is a minoirity. If most of Ukraine rebelled, then you would have a point, but that's not the case.
What USA does wrong, doesn't justify what Russia and the rebels did wrong.
Not when those people aren't even Russian citizens, so it's none of Russia's bussiness. They are part of Ukraine, and thus they are Ukraine's responsibility to deal with as they see fit.
Exactly, and USA was wrong in invading Iraq, as a result, even if said weapons did exist.
Hardly let it happen. If there's no invasion, then there's no reason to attack. Let them hate. Doing the right thing is more important.
No it won't. Whoever attacks, is to blame. Since I'm part of the nation being attacked, that would make me a victim.
I can't kill anyone by doing nothing. Whoever shoots the bullet is the one that kills.
Simple, because whitout invasion, there can be no proof that they will attack. Thus, one shouldn't act in haste.
If their "right" doesn't correspond with what is actually right, then they are wrong.
But I didn't "understand" it. Because I don't agree with it. True morality is absolute.
Pragmatism and immorality go hand in hand quite a few times, so that doesn't necessarily make it sound better.
That's fine by me. Once they attack, I would have every right to invade.
It doesn't matter if you think it's a bad strategy or not. Morality takes priority before cold logic.
If nobody is good, then nobody is worth of living. Simple as that. Most people in this world are good.
Good thing what you think doesn't change what I am. I'm a good person no matter what you believe.

@Neumexa I already know about that, which I already posted about in a previous post.
Which still requires ground soldiers to invade. And like I said before, if there was an attack on Russia, then Russia would have the right to invade, but since Russia wasn't attacked. Russia has no excuse.
When they rebelled against their government in 2014, the Ukranians made their choice.
And Russia shouldn't have helped. They are rebels, and they should have accepted their government or move to Russia.
And equals as they are, the ones that are attacking EU's ally, Ukraine, is Russia. Thus, we Europeans should priotize Russia.
I didn't say they were. I said most people are good. Read the post above better next time.
I didn't start anything, that was my conclusion ages ago. I'm always prepared for the consequences, specially my death. For I don't care if I live or die, as long as I do what is right.
And I pity Russians for paying attention to such a worthless man.
If only that was the only thing. KGB is just the tip of the iceberg. His actions in the past decades have been nothing but an affront to EU.
I'm not defending CIA, so why are you bringing them up? KGB was worse than CIA btw. I see plenty of problem with CIA, but I see more in the KGB.
I failed nothing though. The rest of your comment on this paragraph makes little sense, your english is mediocre.
That's fine by me. To do what is right, paying such a price is the right thing to do. You call it carelessness, but in reality, it's the only course of action to defend the dignity and morality of one's nation.
I don't watch Tiktok. Nice Ad Hominem. I watched sources from all sides. And since neither side denies that Russia invaded Ukraine, that makes it Russia's fault. No ifs or buts.
And as a result of being younger than me, you are some edgy person who thinks cold logic is everything, when morality is more important than what is pragmatic. You lack experience with life to understand what truely matter in the end.

@Neumexa There's always a right thing to do in all decisions of import. What gives you an advantage or not, can also be imoral or not.
Never said that one wouldn't make plans. Just that those plans won't include immoral behaviour.
That's your problem if you don't think like that. Only through true morality can one build a trustworthy society.
I know the truth, so I can claim what is more important. Then you know nothing about me. Unlike you, I welcome death, when it comes. I fear losing my ideals more than I fear losing my life.
That's fine by me. When I'm dead, I don't want to go back, at least not to this world. And if I simply cease to exist, then I will never have to care about anything ever again and can rest eternally. You are free to be wrong on your opinions, but whitout morality, humanity has no worth and would be undeserving of surviving in the first place.
It's not a little bad thing, when it involves killing innocents or starting wars. A little bad thing would be stealing (and if your target of stealing is evil, then it's not a bad thing in the first place). Starting a war or killing innocents is a very big thing to do.
I wouldn't hesitate to do harm to evil people, and I wouldn't hesitate to choose to do nothing against innocents.

@Neumexa The world being more difficult or easier, doesn't justify any imoral acts.
There's nothing to understand. People who do evil, are tainted, and are never good.
It's never early enough to be a decent human being from the start to finish.
Whetever it's natural or not, I should accept it when it happens. As long I die being what I want to be, that's all that matters.
"nothingness" is still rest. I won't have to think at all, all will cease to be and thus I will never get tired or weary, for I won't be able to feel anything.
I disagree. If I were to sacrifice ideals, I would rather cease to exist. Better to disappear and die with my integrity intact.
I don't want to experience anything more than I should, if it means sacrificing morality.
And that's fine by me. Since many people live their lives whitout ever doing anything truely evil. Humanity wouldn't go extinct, but at least 30% of the population would die out.

@simulationbros Please, that's nothing. 2008 was bad, and it wasn't nothing we couldn't handle.
Also we aren't in double digit. Most countries are below that number. Not to mention that double digit isn't that big deal even if we were.
Makes no difference. EU can adapt. There are many things we didn't do before, but now we do, don't we?
That's what you believe, Russia is worse. And corrupt or not corrupt, they are still our allies, as the Association Agreement says so.
That's fine by me. Corrupt country or not, innocent people still live there, and if it saves even a few people, then it was worth it.
