JugobetrugoClean what do you think of your own government as well as russia's?
2
Octavius Claudiu a few of them could probably download it off of the internet i suppose.
2
theknob1 dude you have problems if you are going to see political ideology as an "us vs them" "good vs evil" scenario. there is no us or them or good or evil. there is just a bunch of individuals with their own independent opinions. seriously you sound like a real moron. torture has been proven to not be an effective way of gathering intelligence study after study. you say it's "propaganda?" present your evidence that it is propaganda.just becaue it contradicts how you want things to be doesn't make it propaganda. "seek you the truth and the truth shall set you free."-jesus. wise words, i think that you think that you are following that wisdom but i think that you are fooling yourself and are choosing to fall for old sophist tricks and letting people get away with telling you things without them proving it to you.
2
that's serbs for you. loyal to russia on everything. russians saved their asses a few times and so now serbs like russians better than other fellow serbs.
2
Radioactive Snake i'm not sure if most of them even know this. i was talking online to a guy from siberia and i told him about the north korean labor camps in siberia and he laughed and didn't believe me. i told him about the vice documentary a few years ago and he was shocked when he watched it. i'm not sure about what information the russian people are allowed to read or hear about on their version of the mainstream news but it wouldn't surprise me if they don't know that russia and north korea are friends.
2
Vovann Slav the north korean people aren't really radical. they are just born into a world where information and knowledge about the outside world and what really goes on with their "great leader" isn't known. they are the most heavily propagandized and indoctrinated country in the world. that the problem that i have with their government and that is a big problem.
2
brett nichols its the same old thing as before.
2
Darth Zoddo from the perspective of what is best for people in the world, i stand by the position of having unlimited freedom to have access to all of the information that is available in the world and to freely think and choose your own ideology, philosophy or world view from the knowledge that you acquire and freedom to change your mind at any to me you wish if more information comes your way that alters your view of the world and no "authorities" have the right to impose their agenda and world view on you by trying to stop you from gaining information. i will defend that position forever and be opposed and maybe even fight anybody who tries to take that fundamental, universal human right away from me.
2
Free Kavkaz i've seen some atheists out there who seem to be a bit militant and anti-religion but they never came across to me as being homosexuals. they always acted and talked like heterosexuals and even at times mention their girlfriends, wives and pornographic fantasies involving female movie stars and porn stars. i really don't see any kind of connection at all between homosexuals and atheists. ;p
2
***** yeah this looks like an ROTC.
2
Adam McKenna its better than what we get on the mainstream press out where i live.
2
***** ultimately it will be up to the people to do it and at the same time not become corrupted themselves.
2
***** i think that the reason for why are gun violence rate is so high is because we have so many guns circulating around both legally and illegally. trying to ban them would help the criminals who don't legally own their guns while harming the law abiding gun owner who thinks that he needs them to protect his family from home invasions.
2
***** banning guns works fine for smaller countries but here it could never work.
2
VICE News ISIS knows how to create 3 and 4 way complicated messes. i know why the usa isn't arming peshmerga. international protocol with allies means that they would have to go through the iraqi government and since the kurds wan to secede and form their own country, it makes the iraqi government a bit nervous at the idea of them getting more weapons from the usa.
2
the billionaire oligarchs in the coal and oil industry today are and have been doing all they can to try to stop this from ever happening. if it wasn't for them, the transition would've probably almost been completed by now. i hate to say it but the eventual transition looks like its going to be a lot harder on the people who depended on it for their livelihoods before things start to get better for them.
2
Kacey Keusch if the usa and the rest of the world wouldn't have funded anyone at all, the world would've been a lot more peaceful then it is but war is a business and the MID and other companies in the world that make weapons like the system of making arms to sell to third world countries and other groups who want them.
2
***** they might as well change the name. its not like it will hurt the team if they do.
2
why are you glad to see that russia is much worse off then the usa? it would be good if both countries prospered and were able to get along.
2
+Nicolas Bahier you would probably have to do some research on that one.
2
Cum Dumpster For Hire she implied that she was more of a right winger.
2
Paddy Powell any country that does all of what i seen in this video to peaceful protestors is bad. i don't care how much sand they have on their beaches or the way that they will try to divert you away from learning about how tyrannical and oppressive they really are.
2
***** al jazeera used to brag about how they were the only world news media station that stayed in bahrain and continued to do reports on what was going on. i guess that they eventually pulled out too.
2
***** the usa media doesn't do too much reporting on the rest of the world compared to everybody else. they hardly ever show inside saudi arabia much less bahrain.
2
***** another thing to think about is that many of these peaceful countries have very small populations compared to the top arms exporters as well. it would be interesting to do a little bit of math and see how much they export per person instead of just looking at the overall supply that is exported.
2
Mikhael37 if it wasn't for the ottoman empire, columbus would've never set sail across the atlantic trying to find another passage to india and the far east. :/
2
Mikhael37 i know, the vikings discovered it before columbus, there is evidence that the chinese reached what is now california 2000 years ago and of course their is the natives he crossed the bering land bridge 12-20 thousand years ago. russians came here to but only after columbus. i was just pointing out a historical fact and the motivating reason why columbus set sail across the atlantic ocean.
2
we are really responsible for ISIS and many people feel obligated to try to do something in iraq. like collin powell said "you break it. you bought it." the usa has zero connection to anybody in the civil war in ukraine historically. we are more obligated to focus on trying to stop ISIS then we are in picking a side in a conflict that doesn't really have any good guys or bad guys. it's a fight over territory that doesn't involve the usa.
2
Hussam the ottomans did a better job of ruling the area. at least they understood the people that they ruled.
2
Mikhail Kudryavtsev i've never met a westerner who thought that stalin was someone to be respected. i've seen them online but that's it. he was the leader throughout ww2 for the ussr and they did the most damage to the nazi war machine and also did a little bit of damage to imperial japan but other than that he is said to have been one of the most brutal dictators ever to have lived.
2
***** 1/3 of norwegians left nroway for the usa in the 19th century. actually the 19th and early 20th century was when the usa had the huge influx of european immigrants coming to the usa. it stopped in the 1920s because the usa quit with its open door policy and passed extremely strict immigration policies. if they hadn't have done this then the huge migration from europe would've continued. it probably would've gotten even bigger once mussolini and hitler took over italy and germany. it would've grown even more after the war because of all of the poverty and homelessness and starvation that they would've been facing. it's mind boggling to imagine the european migration increasing 10 or 20x more from the 1920s to the 1960s. that's really what would've happen.
2
Connor Dunn i have a question for you. how many europeans do you think would've fled europe for the usa if it wasn't for the usa's new strict immigration rules passed in the 1920s? you do know what i'm referring to right? 1920s-1960s (hint).
2
***** i think that there isn't a variety of news sources in russia and that makes it easier to brainwash most of them. i've seen how easy it is for american media stations to brainwash people out here and so i can imagine it would be pretty easy to do it in russia. based on what i've seen in a lot of americans, its like there is a significant amount of people who would rather be brainwashed then know what is really going on in the world.
2
The Last White Man alright you are obviously commenting on a subject that you know nothing about.
2
Cerealkiller unless the usa is committed to potentially having an all out war with casualties in the 10s of millions and a casualty rate far exceeding vietnam on our side then i don't know how we are going to stop ISIS. maybe contain them but not end them the way that the NAZI and imperial japan systems were destroyed after ww2.
2
***** russia has intervened in just as many wars as the usa since the cold war began. look it up.
2
***** what about the crimes that the serbs did in that conflict? everybody sounds like an idiot on this thread. there is a saying here that goes like this. " the pot calling the kettle black." that is what everybody is doing here. "your country is imperialistic and ours isn't. no it's your country that is imperialistic and not ours." both are equally imperialistic. both countries are full of dumbshits that's apparent from reading through this thread.
2
they're from colombia. what other language would they speak?
2
i think that it makes them feel good like when they say allah akbar or something.
2
.l. who did we rape? i don't recall that story. let's keep it real and not exaggerate or add things to it.
2
+andrew22334455 the usa was never conquered by anyone though. we still fly the american flag out here because we aren't an occupied country.
2
Yane Motery they think that if the usa and israel didn't exist then they wouldn't be having all of their problems.
2
max465t i heard that it is destroying agribusiness in yemen because its all the farmers want to grow there these days.
2
nightlightabcd i read that the original ISIS's goals were to topple the house of saud and install a new caliphate to rule. that was a long time ago though.
2
***** i understand your point. still if everybody cut up their credit cards and actually spent what they had and budgeted well then the entire global economy would have the worst collapse ever. the economy is extremely fragile and depends on society to be a consumer society that uses credit cards or else it will collapse the way that i said. it might be a great thing and just be severe growing pains for the world to go through in order for us all to take the next best step for making the world a much better place but those growing pains would be severe.
2
no israel has done terrorist actions before but they are considered a nation therefore i don't think that they would be classified as a terrorist group. you could say the same thing about the taliban since they were the ruling sect of afghanistan too before the usa and the allied forces went in and drove them out of power.
2
HTCEVOSONGS what about all of the people he had thrown in gulags and why would people only get to choose between which bolshevik party member they liked best in an election?
2
a cleaner and more fuel efficient form of energy would be preferable to coal. look what it did to west virginia and parts of kentucky.
2
+Marick Thompson this is how they do their dispatches. this is dispatch 2. in dispatch 1 they interviewed only french people.
2
Mark Evans i think that it is because there were probably a lot more russians and client states of their empire fighting for the nazis then what historians have reported. there was probably a coverup by stalin and the premiers that followed him to not want that kind of information going out not only to the world but to the russians and client states that they ruled. it's just a theory but it seems plausible and it would help to explain the 20 million (that's the number that i heard) deaths there. think about it. 20 million is an awful lot of people for the nazi german army to kill. they would've had to have some help there and the help i'm sure had plenty of fatalities too and when it is all over, you can count these ones in with the rest of the ones and tally the death toll to be around 20 million. its just a theory but it makes sense to me and it would be interesting to see some historians look into that one and see what they can find.
