  2. in theory it sounds benign. like communism, in practice it leads to disaster.  the ones who embrace nationalism seem to go overboard with patriotism, exceptionalism, racism, xenophobia, censoring of information, etc.  it seems to be the pattern that i see everywhere with people who embrace nationalism.

  3. ***** why can't greece present their problem to the EU and then the EU change their policy for greece and close the door to immigrants?  how hard would that be?  why would the EU be so inflexible?
