  5. ***** what about other parts of africa? besides that what's wrong with an extra $10 a month to pay for school and basic necessities that they don't have and wouldn't be able to have otherwise? we know most africans work and get the food that you all need and have the basic necessities but not all of you have that. uganda is one of those countries that is doing better than most economically.
