  4. Толя, все правильно говоришь. Но основная причина это вторая поправка, по которой до сих пор ведутся споры. Here the text: “A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.” The key words here are "well regulated militia" and not a bunch of dumb hillbillies who think they can live without any government. Unfortunately, there is a huge lobby that is trying to distort the original intent of the 2nd Amendment, they are called the NRA. Until we get rid of it, mass shootings will continue and innocent people will die.

  6. Насчет рашки, ты абсолютно не прав. Правительство боится, что разрешив владение огнестрельным оружием, ситуация может выйти из под контроля из-за пустяковой ситуации, типа водку в сельмаг не завезли. У нас, народ не такой агрессивный, да и дефицита не наблюдается.

  8. Энтони-Американец полный мудак, живет далеко не в самом дорогом районе LA, я бы сказал в одном из самых дешевых. У него нет ни образования, ничего. Единственное - способность к языкам. Native Spanish and English and good Russian. The best choice in his career - a social worker in the same area.

  9. As to Japan: other than the police and the military, no one in Japan may purchase a handgun or a rifle. Period, so it is bad example. The same in Great Britain, NZ, Australia. So, the main problem in our country is the f... 2nd amendment, supported by uneducated rednecks and NRA. Besides, despite the number of guns and munition on hands of simple ppl, even so-called "A well regulated Militia" - they cannot stand agains of even national guards who were sworn to government. I'm not even talk about the U.S. army. In our times so called "A well regulated Militia" is useless.
