  2. Nobody wants Russia. Nobody cares about Russia. As a market it is about as appealing as Iran or North Korea, so business doesn't have any interest. The last person who wanted a piece of Russia was Hitler. That was a very long time ago. They can just carry on being a dictatorship for as long as they want.
