  1. The Met are not our police force. They are a disgrace. Another one was arrested and charged with rape yesterday. There are well over one thousand of them under suspension and investigation. A growing number of Met Police Stations are under 'Special Measures.' From Scotland, I can tell you that Scottish Police are better many ways.
