  4. Yes, because of migrants from middle Asian countries. It is a huge problem in Russia. But in this video this people are not migrants. They are Bashkirs people in the Bashkir Republik of Russia. They are protesting against the arrest of their activist, who fought against the mafia of a local leader, Putins henchmen.
