Watching videos like this one from Jesús could save many people from being susceptible to narcissists. Lots of us know how awful it can be to be bewildered and hurt, sometimes physically too, by their behaviour. It can also seem that nobody cares about that. Well, people do, care. Jesús is one of them and I think he’s brilliant, at teaching people to care enough about themselves. Narcissists often go for empathetic people. There comes a point when the empathy has to include oneself. It might be hard to do that but we weren’t born to be just a source of self esteem for some schmuck. 🙂👍🏻

I probably shouldn’t say so but I think that getting into bed with a man isn’t a sensible way of letting him know that one doesn’t want anything fruity to happen.

@user-lu9hq6jv4v That would mean ignoring dictators etc going back more than hundreds of years, all over the globe. There are current examples too, all over the world. What made rulers use slaves to build the Pyramids ? Did Genghis Khan just like travelling ? Why did Mao want everyone to obey his Little Red Book ? I wonder how many of the people from the past were a nightmare to be around. Some people get a bit of power and then they want more and more. Nothing is enough for them. I think that no one ever told them, ‘ No, you can’t, eat all your sister’s birthday cake or throw it at her’.
