  1. I believe that we should not be second guessing the Ukrainian political and military administration. We have absolutely no idea about the other operators who may be intended for any vacated positions. Neither do we have any idea about the wishes or intentions of the current incumbents of the senior positions being considered. Let's keep our faith and support each person in the positions they occupy or will occupy. Raising our own levels of concern is the best way to create barriers and hurdles through or over which people have to manoeuvre and negotiate, whether those are physical or mental barriers. Those people must then draw on their own already extended personal resources for the extra effort required to address peripheral issues, at a time when all their attention is required and should be focused on the position and role in which they are functioning. We should not be creating "spot fires" here and there that are likely to distract their attention from the immediate and imperative task at hand. Let's support all the people in the roles that they are asked to act and the work and tasks that they are expected to fulfill. 💙 🇺🇦 👍 🇺🇦 💛
