That ship and a few other Turkish ships were moored with only skeleton crew for some months. The strike occured nearly a week ago and my understanding is that it will not initiate any significant repercussions apart from the possibility of a stern diplomatic note from Turkey to Russia.

I am certain that the conference of 50+ countries has the potential use of weapons and potential targets well in hand. If Ukraine have held themselves in check with regard to targets during the last nearly twelve months, I hardly think that they are likely to jeopardize any future support.
