  3. Absolutely agreed and supported. The people are responsible for the actions of their govenment, either explicitly, by open support, or implicitly by default. It is not my intention to offend anyone, however, we do have to take some responsibility for the actions of our respective govenrnments. It is only when that is realised that change will occur. Until we accept responsibility, nothing will change. Putin depends on that type of "apolitical" and apathetic thinking.
