From various sources, including those inside Russia, there appears to be tension within the ranks. Pootin has such lofty goals and yet he wants to hide behind the petti-coats and hang on to the apron-strings of little sister, Ukraine. Another characteristic of a bully when issues and events are not going his way. How absolutely ridiculous and pathetic ?
