  5.  @Phoenix-pl6ys  The way that the original idea was presented by Putin in his speech was such as to have been open to interpretation. The interpretation offered by "the Russian Dude" being no wider than was implied or could have been inferred from Putin's original speech. I believe that you are splitting hairs in your attempt to call someone to answer your question. Your original comment and subsequent responses have been more out of order than T.R. Dudes comment in his presentation. Neither did your original comment "He said that “The regular people did not care about the rich people losing their Yachts and Villas” specify the "He" to whom you were referring which you then had to qualify when first responding to me. If you are going to 'cut' others, you also have to be prepared to be 'cut'also.

  6.  @timonsolus  Let's hope that he is successful enough to ensure that the "Tallest Poppy" gets cut. In other words he must include himself either directly, like Hitler is said to have done, or simply by circumstance that is created by himself or any other. Possibly with a window involved.

You could not even be bothered including the quote from the speech yourself. You altered the wording. So you did not qualify the person "He" to whom you were referring, and you altered the words instead of lifting the specific paragraph that would have given context to the relationship between the people who lost assets and the common people. The relevance of the comment with regard to the common people and the loss of assets was not how anyone felt about those losses but rather, the EFFECT of the SANCTIONS. That's it.
