  3. It is extremely horrible and frustrating for all of us to see what you have described. Yes people feel closer to others from their own country. However, that need not diminish their sentitivities to what is happening to people of other countries and nations. It is especially of concern when we might feel that our own people are acting in ways that are inconsistent with what we believe is right, good, appropriate, etc.
