I and many others would not count on Russia's integrity, without physically grounded assurances and guarantees, that their teeth have effectively been removed, not just words and signatures on paper, which obviously count for nothing.

If RuZZia is then successful, the remainder of the former Soviet Bloc is likely to be at risk of attack and invasion by RuZZia.
