  2. Advocating for public policies some find offensive; pushing for legislative action to forward one's political agenda: these are not the acts of a demagogue. This is called 'democracy'. Rejecting election results to stay in power; currying favor with foreign agents and dictators: that is called tr... and I ain't naming one of the candidates here (accusing, yes, naming, no). Slanderous taunts, bullying and intimidation tactics, on the other hand, is just juvenile, or a sign of dementia.
