Extremists groups across the world and across the political spectrum are in favor because governments have failed to provided basic services and voters are looking for solutions - they don't care which side delivers. This could make for an interesting analysis.

Adrian, have you ever been on winter field maneuvers without a blanket? And what of the civilians whose loved ones are in combat but lost their home because of the war and there is no heating because the Russians destroyed the power plants? Where does the money for that come from? Is that not a cost of war as well? The Ukrainians certainly think so.
