@JJamJ Almost every parent has lost their kid at some point. Sometimes places are designed badly — play areas where you can't see all the exits at once, sometimes you have to pay attention to something or someone and your kids runs off, sometimes you have to do something where you can't watch your kid at the same time (pay for something, answer a message, hold a door open etc). Losing a kid can be really traumatic so maybe less of the victim blaming.
