  1. I had a job interview once and I froze up and stumbled over my words for a few questions and the atmosphere got really awkward. She then asked me that standard: "What areas are you looking to improve your skill in" to which I replied "I think a good start would be answering interview questions". We both laughed and the interview continued much more fluidly. I ended up getting the job. Always much better to acknowledge to awkwardness.
