@MrNeilSherman The Curragh incident nof 1914 would be a good pice to follow in this context.For those that don'tknow the short answer is Britsh Army officers in Ireland, nearly mutinied when it was suggested they act aginst Uniounist factions.

As a follow up to this, you should Remeber Maureen Sweeny, an Irish woman that the Free World owes a great debt. Eire also has a link to the only part of the UK ever Ocupied by the Nazis. The Royal Militai Island Of Jersey Contigent, during the Great War was attached to the 7th Royal Irish Rifles. During the Occupation , Eire was a solid Neuteral representative for us. A lot of Irishmen ended up in Scottish Regiments, a long standing pice of weirdry.

@zach7193 The whole story is intresting look at how you solve a problem . Weather reports were often the way into the ENIGMA codes. You have to transmit prescise information in a set way at set times for them tobe any good. The same information is then passed along nemouros routes.
