  1. Coal Tar emolients and such are still widespread and effective for dermatology and psorasis treatment. The smell though, does leave a bit to be desired.

  3.  @tonywhite2596  There are now controls. I'm on a stuf called Adulimumab. A mono clonal antibody. Inject twice month, scale free. Mind you, in UK we have the National Health Service thankfully. It costs about £740 a shot.
